Yes! To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. You will be refunded for the item's cost, minus shipping.

We design all of our items in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We do our best to find local manufacturers when we can, and outsource to manufacturers overseas for certain items that we aren’t able to manufacture domestically. We do our best to choose our manufacturers thoughtfully to help ensure that our goods are made safely and ethically.
Our kigurumi, plush animals, plush accessories, Mystery Slugs and buttons are all handmade by us and our two remote helpers in the United States.
Our stickers are printed in Portland, Oregon.
Our shirts, sweaters and hoodies are screen-printed in Florida on blank stock that is manufactured in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Pakistan.
Our keychains, enamel pins, lanyards, hats, socks, and washi tapes are manufactured in China.
Our embroidered patches are manufactured in Taiwan.

Yes! We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for all custom work, and the rest we can figure out together.
Kigurumi are big floppy hooded animal pajamas, and are originally from Japan. They're popular with our pals from the Furry fandom, who commission custom kigus of their fursonas!
We hand make our kigus on a made-to-order basis. We open periodically, so keep an eye on our website, Twitter, Instagram or join our mailing list to be notified about openings. We currently operate on an offer-based commission system, average prices for our custom kigurumi are available on the Kigurumi page.
