Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATES: Currently due to the ongoing pandemic as well as the restructuring of the USPS, shipping has been taking much longer than usual. Sometimes packages are fine, sometimes they take a while! It's fairly random. If you need your order by a certain date, I recommend upgrading to Priority Mail.

International orders have been taking up to a month or more
to arrive at their final destination. Please be patient with us, we have no control over this! If 60 days have passed since your package has moved, reach out to us.

We cannot be responsible or provide refunds for items lost in transit, sorry for any inconvenience.

Processing times

Typically it takes us 1-3 business days (excl. holidays & weekends) to ship most of our items that are not made-to-order. All made-to-order items take approximately 1-2 weeks to produce. See individual listings for more information.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges, except in the case of custom merchandise or perishable items.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you'd like to return your item, you will be refunded for the item's cost, minus any shipping fees.
