Typically it takes us 1-3 business days (excl. holidays & weekends) to ship most of our items that are not made-to-order. All made-to-order items take approximately 1-2 weeks to produce. See individual listings for more information.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges, except in the case of custom merchandise or perishable items.
Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to accept order cancellations.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you'd like to return your item, you will be refunded for the item's cost, minus any shipping fees.
