Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges, except in the case of custom merchandise or perishable items.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 21 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
